Terms of guidance

The terms that apply when you use this website or book practical relocation guidance with Scripttrackcore.

1. Acceptance and provider

By using this website or confirming a service, you accept these terms. Scripttrackcore provides independent, practical relocation guidance from Level 9, 22 Rosenthaler Straße, Berlin 10178. A service agreement begins when scope, fee and appointment are confirmed in writing.

2. Nature of guidance

Information is educational and practical. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial or certified translation advice. Public authorities make their own decisions, and we do not guarantee appointments, registration, permits or other outcomes.

3. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate, timely information, check official requirements, protect sensitive documents and attend agreed appointments. Do not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party confidential material.

4. Fees, changes and refunds

Fees and payment timing are stated on the Fees page or written quote. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

Site text, design and original checklists belong to Scripttrackcore and may be used personally after purchase. They may not be republished, sold or presented as professional advice without written permission. Public authority materials retain their respective rights.

6. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care with current sources but procedures can change. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable loss caused by breach and, for ordinary negligence, to essential contractual duties. Nothing excludes liability that German law does not permit us to exclude, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.

7. Governing law

German law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections and legally required venues remain unaffected.

8. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent to info@scripttrackcore.digital. We may update these terms prospectively; the version supplied when a service is confirmed governs that booking. Last updated: 15 August 2026.
