Cancellations and refunds
Fair terms for changing a session while recognising preparation already completed for your move.
Cancellation window
Cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed start for a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable because the reserved time cannot usually be reassigned.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes are treated as a cancellation unless illness, transport disruption or another exceptional event makes that unreasonable. Contact us promptly so we can assess the circumstances.
Work already started
If a package includes research, a document review or a written plan completed before cancellation, the reasonable value of that completed work is deducted from any refund. Bespoke purchased materials are non-refundable where they cannot be reused, but Scripttrackcore does not normally purchase materials for standard sessions.
Provider cancellation
If we cancel and cannot agree a replacement time, you receive a full refund for the undelivered service. If part of a multi-session package has been delivered, the undelivered balance is refunded proportionally.
How to request a refund
Email info@scripttrackcore.digital with your name, appointment date and reason. Do not include banking credentials. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days; bank processing can add time.
These terms do not limit statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to you. Where you ask for a service to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, we will obtain any consent and acknowledgement required by German law before starting. Last updated: 15 August 2026.
