How Scripttrackcore handles inquiry details and the limited information needed to provide relocation guidance.
Controller and contact

Data we process
We process contact details, inquiry text, appointment information, payment records and correspondence you choose to provide. Please do not send passport numbers, scans or special-category data through the website form. Basic server logs may record IP address, time, requested page and browser information for security.
Purposes and legal bases
Inquiry and booking data is used to take steps at your request and perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Accounting records are retained for legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Security logs and proportionate service improvement rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional analytics, if introduced, require consent.
Retention
Unbooked inquiries are normally deleted after six months. Client correspondence is normally kept for three years after the relationship ends; invoices and tax records are retained for statutory German periods, generally up to ten years. Security logs are normally deleted within 30 days unless an incident requires longer retention.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting, email and accounting providers may process data under contract. We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data internationally, we use an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard and can provide information on request.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent prospectively. You may complain to a competent German data protection authority. To exercise rights, email info@scripttrackcore.digital; identity verification may be required.
